- pharmacy management by natural and legal persons; - town pharmacies, rural pharmacies, subsidiaries, subsidised pharmacies; - the legislation on incompatibility with the management of a pharmacy; - acquisition of pharmacy ownership; - the extraordinary public competition for the assignment of pharmacies as per Art. 11, Decree-Law no. 1 of 24/1/2012; - establishment of new pharmacies; - transfer of pharmacy ownership; - transfer of pharmacies and the minimum distance required between pharmacies; - administration of drugs and protection of competition; - opening hours of pharmacies, in light of the recent legal provisions on liberalisations; - withdrawal of the authorisation to manage a pharmacy.
